Age & License: For Self-Drive, users must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid, permanent Indian Driving License held for a minimum of 2 years.
Documentation: Users must provide a valid Government ID (Aadhaar/Passport) and a physical copy of their Driving License at the time of vehicle pickup.
2. Booking & Payment
Advance Payment: A non-negotiable advance of ₹500 is required to reserve a vehicle.
Driver Hire: If a driver is requested, the user must pay the ₹500 advance plus the designated driver fee to confirm the booking.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is mandatory. This amount varies by vehicle type and will be refunded within [X] days of a damage-free return.
3. Rental Duration & Late Fees
24-Hour Cycle: Rent is calculated on a 24-hour basis (00:00 AM to 23:59 PM).
Return Policy: Vehicles must be returned by 23:59 PM on the final date. Any delay beyond this time will automatically be billed as an additional 1-day rental charge.
4. Fuel & Usage
Fuel Policy: "Level-to-Level." The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the trip. Deficiencies will be charged at actual fuel rates plus a service fee.
Liability: The user is 100% liable for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and legal penalties incurred during the rental period.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Standard Cancellation: Full refund of the ₹500 advance if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip start time will result in the forfeiture of the booking advance.
